Islamic education is expected to integrate the dimensions of faith, knowledge, and character into a unified educational system. However, its implementation continues to face challenges arising from educators’ insufficient understanding of the concept of integral Islamic education. This study aimed to develop a tawhid-based integral education model to enhance the internalization of Islamic values at SD IT Al-Madinah, an Islamic school whose vision is to cultivate a generation of leaders of Islamic civilization who embody tawhid, possess strong character, and excel academically. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document analysis involving the principal, teachers, and foundation administrators. The data were analyzed using an interactive model comprising data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the tawhid-based integral education model was developed by integrating tawhid values into the school’s vision and mission, curriculum, and learning processes. This integration strengthened the holistic internalization of Islamic values by connecting spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social dimensions in educational provision. The novelty of this study lies in formulating an integral education model that combines philosophical, curricular, pedagogical, and cultural dimensions. This model can serve as a foundation for developing curriculum modules that are adaptive to advances in science and technology and to global challenges without relinquishing their grounding in Islamic values.
